Experience at rotation: This rotation proved to be one of the busiest rotations of the program. I completed many projects for multiple preceptors and gave an hour and a half interactive presentation to 22 United Health Center supervisors on coaching and mentoring their teams. I was also put into a supervisor role and was graded on my ability to handle tough situations. Overall, I felt that I my skills and confidence grew after completing this rotation.
How experience helped achieve career goals: This rotation pushed me to use effective time-management skills while working under pressure. It also exposed me to scenarios of being a supervisor, which will help me as I advance in my career.

Assignment description: After conducting research, I developed a plan to expand the WIC program to Gridley, California. In my executive summary attached below, I describe my business concept.
