Experience at rotation:  My experience at Reedley College was very hands on.  I was able to work with employees in the kitchen and also work on the front-line by serving food to customers.  It helped me understand how difficult some positions are and what managing improvements could be made to increase employee satisfaction.   

How experience helped achieve career goals:  I was able to gain a lot of hands on experience during my rotation at Reedley College.  The experiences helped me prepare for working with and managing employees in a kitchen setting. 

Assignment title:  Develop and evaluate recipes, formulas, and menus for acceptability and affordability that accommodate the cultural diversity and health needs of various populations, groups, and individuals.

Assignment description: I developed five days of standardized recipes to be used as the "specials of the day" for the Reedley College cafeteria.
