Assignment Title:   Recipe Standardization

What I learned:  In this assignment I learned how to standardize recipes and convert the ingredient amounts according to the amount of people that are being served.

Reflection to assignment:  This assignment made me realize how important it is to be efficient and by standardizing recipes it increases your efficiency.  With recipe standardization it ensures that you get the same product each time and that you are making the appropriate amount.

Relevance to the profession:  This skill is extremely important for any nutrition professional that is working in a kitchen or with a kitchen staff.
