Assignment Title:  Observations

What I learned:  In this assignment I learned how to look for certain characteristics when watching people of different age groups and then how to analyze their diet and behaviors. 

Reflection to the assignment:  This assignment taught me important cues to watch for when assessing eating behaviors/diets.  It also taught me what an important role parents play and how it affects what their children eat and how environment plays a crucial role.

Relevance to the profession:   Understanding different age groups and their needs/behaviors.  This is important when working with a variety of ages in the nutrition profession.
