Assignment Title:  Marketing Brochure

What I learned:  In this assignment I learned the different components of developing a cafĂ© from food prices, to themes, to advertisement.  I also learned how to develop a brochure on Microsoft Publisher.

Reflection to assignment:  For this assignment I used my creativity to create a facility that I would want to go to.  I added features in that I thought would lead to a successful business.

Relevance to the profession:  The skills taught me the expenses of a business and the components that go into the food service area.
