Assignment Title:  Field Report

What I learned:  During my field work I gained experience creating and presenting nutrition information to groups and planning and preparing meals for groups.

Reflection to assignment:  This assignment made me realize what an impact you can have if you target specific needs of a population and how great it is to see a change take place.

Relevance to the profession:  Working with diverse groups is an essential skill to have in any area of nutrition.
