What I learned:  In this assignment I learned how to research a topic using only studies from scholarly journals, thoroughly assess studies, identify types of studies, write ADA evidence analysis worksheets, and grade studies using ADA’s guidelines.

Reflection to assignment:   This assignment made me realize how difficult it is to prove there are correlations between things. 

Relevance to the profession:  Being able to search and understand studies is very important when researching nutrition information.  Being able to find credible studies and being able to identify the key findings is crucial when learning about topics.
